O microsc\u00f3pio eletr\u00f4nico apresenta um poder de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o potencialmente superior ao do microsc\u00f3pio de luz, atingindo valores inferiores a 1 nan\u00f4metro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assim, com uma voltagem suficientemente alta, el\u00e9trons de comprimentos de ondas extremamente curtos podem ser produzidos e focalizados por lentes eletrost\u00e1ticas e eletromagn\u00e9ticas e, ent\u00e3o, capazes de gerar imagens com aumentos superiores a 500.000 vezes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-4129e18\" id=\"microscopia-eletronica-de-varredura-mev\" data-block-id=\"4129e18\"><style>.stk-4129e18 .stk-block-heading__text{font-size:30px !important;font-weight:800 !important;font-family:system-ui, sans-serif !important;}@media screen and (max-width:999px){.stk-4129e18 .stk-block-heading__text{font-size:30px !important;}}<\/style><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Microscopia Eletr\u00f4nica de Varredura (MEV)<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O princ\u00edpio de funcionamento de um microsc\u00f3pio eletr\u00f4nico de varredura se baseia na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um feixe de el\u00e9trons de pequeno di\u00e2metro que s\u00e3o defletidos por um sistema de bobinas, guiando o feixe de modo a varrer a superf\u00edcie da amostra, a explorando ponto a ponto, por linhas sucessivas e transmitindo o sinal do detector a uma tela cat\u00f3dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MEV est\u00e1 acoplado ainda com um detector de EDS (espectr\u00f4metro de raio-X de energia dispersiva), o qual analisa informa\u00e7\u00f5es resultantes da emiss\u00e3o de raios-X, o que permite, tamb\u00e9m, analisar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica do material alvo de estudo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assim, a microscopia eletr\u00f4nica de varredura possibilita a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es estruturais e qu\u00edmicas de diversas amostras.
